Dear Jim,

I would like to wish everyone at Old Dog a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I have been associated with Old Dog for almost four years for both, advice and parts.  In that time your entire group has always went above and beyond to make sure that Sue’s and My project was always top notch. (As a newcomer to Street Rodding, this has been very important).

When it came time to paint, Tom came to my home and explained the process and had a total understanding of what we had in mind.  Tom also offered good ideas and advice on making the project easier and better.  Sue and I really appreciated this.

At the Open House in October, Sue and I were overwhelmed with pride at the craftsmanship and the attention to detail that Tom had done.

Last month, when our car (named Susi-Q) came home, we realized what a treasure Old Dog had been in making our first project a real labor of love.  Tom’s professionalism and his willingness to help me on his own time speaks to the dedication and loyalty that has made working with him and Old Dog a premier experience.

Now that we are in final assembly (The Fun Part), we beam with pride when our friends marvel at he Color and the integrity of the bodywork.

Thank you and please convey our thanks to Mike, Tom, Paul and all the guys and gals that make old Dog the Best..

Jim, I want to start off saying Thank You! It is not often that I take the time to write,
but I felt I should let you personally know why I am writing.

From the very first call to Old Dog I was pleasantly surprised with the level of services
your associates offered and were more than willing to Help Out. After talking to Mike who
referred me to your shop manager Jesse, I was amazed how helpful-friendly and
knowledgeable your staff of experts were. After reviewing all the dangerous issues Jessie
found On this Hot Rod, I can only say I am Grateful to you and your shop for having Great
Professional Employee/Associates on your staff with a "DO IT RIGHT" attitude
I will Tell everyone I come into contact about you guys. You guys are the best!

You guys did such a great job painting the fenders and rboards on my 40 truck last year that I sold it...to the exec of global oil in Saudi...he ask if there was anyplace to get parts that I trusted.... I called your store and one of the guys is kind enough to send me catalogs... I'm shipping them with the truck.....hope this opens a whole new market for you ...I did my part the rest is up to you ...

I just placed an order for a catalog and then checked out your pictures of shop online, wow what a nice place, that is like heaven to me, if that store was near me I wouldn’t make it home with my paycheck every week. I am heavy into street rods but I have never seen a store like yours. There are no street rod shops in the northeast. I cant wait to get my catalogue, I have never heard of you until I stumbled upon the ad in Street Rodder, what caught my eye was the good prices.
